For all the future fly fishers out there; Matt has put together a one-of-a kind kids program that is perfect for children of all ages. Creek Creatures combines all of his top kid’s options over the years into on unforgettable and fun learning experience. Creek Creatures is a custom tailored class combining topics picked by you, the parents! Just choose three of the four, one hour options below. Shifting topics once an hour will keep the kids engaged, busy, and excited about this fantastic program.

Creak Creatures Options

Fly Fishing/Spin Fishing - Enjoy an hour of guided fishing on one of the resorts stocked ponds full of rainbow trout.

Aquatic Bugs (In the river) - Put on your bathing suit and watch your child’s eyes light up as they catch countless live bugs in the Truckee River.

Fly Tying - Let your kid’s imagination take over while they tie their first fly!

Aquatic Bugs (Discovery Center) – Learn about the amazing world of underwater life, and the secrets to what trout eat.

Cost

The price is $180/pp and parents are encouraged to join the class. Generally the class ages are 12 and under, but please contact Matt for more infomation about this subject.

Getting kids into the wonderful sport of fly fishing is an exciting endeavor, and one that comes with the need for certain equipment and helpful information.
