Two Day Truckee Trout School 101:
When: June 23 & 24, $999/pp- 3 open spots
Quick Overview- This school is tailored for beginner to low intermediate anglers looking to take the next step with bug identification, false casting, roll casting, reading the water, dry fly fishing and indicator fishing. This includes a day on our private, stocked pond!
Two Day Truckee Trout School 201:
When: June 9 & 10, $999/pp- 4 open spots
Quick Overview: This school is perfect for anglers that consider their skill level to be high beginner to high intermediate. The primary focus will be Euro nymphing and streamers. We’ll focus on casting both applications, knots and rigging & leader construction, bug identification and reading the water.
Two Day Youth/Family Truckee Trout School:
When: July 7 & 8, $899/pp. 4 open spots
Quick Overview: This school is perfect for kids and or families looking to get their feet wet in a new sport. We’ll cover bug identification, false casting, roll casting, reading the water, dry fly fishing and indicator fishing. This includes a day on our private, stocked pond!
One day Trout Spey School:
When: July 21st & 22nd. Choose one!
Quick Overview: This one day school is perfect for anglers looking to try something new, and have been intrigued by the concept of swinging flies for trout. We’ll cover trout spey rods, lines (heads and tips), Snap T and double spey casting techniques and fly selection.
